All orders placed before 10:am can be shipped out the same day. Some orders will take 1 - 5 business days before being shipped out.
All orders in the U.S. will be shipped via USPS.
Customers that place International orders are required to pay shipping. Rich Access will cover taxes and duties.
All orders purchased require a signature upon delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
(All hat and eyewear are final sale products - due to Health & Safety Laws.
We offer online credit, full refunds, or exchanges for all other merchandise.
We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return and 7 days to active the return label we email to you.
After 4 days customers can exchange items or receive an online store credit.
We do not honor refunds if the package was set to be delivered 1-4 business days and customers pick up or arrange delivery after 10 days.
Items must be in their original packaging and unworn in order for exchanges and/or refunds to be honored.
All items bought using discount more than 15% off can only be exchanged and not returned.
For exchanges and refunds for another (same) item, you must mail back the original item within 4-6 business days.
Packages that are deemed lost, CAN NOT BE refunded. With discretions, we will offer full store credit equal to the dollar. amount of the original order.
If you packages have signature requirements and you waived it and your packages get lost or mis delivered we will not cover the cost. Please do not wave your signatures
